Are you aware if we have attempted migration of historical data from HP Service Manager 9.x to CA SDM (any version preferably the latest i.e 17.x)
As far as I am Aware, CA Normalized Integration Management for Service Management supports HP Service Manager 9.30 and 9.32 as well as SDM (12.6-12.9). Regarding SDM, it is SOAP and REST Webservice based, so I assume that 17.0,17.1 are working as well.
It might be instrumented to extract ticket infomation from HP and Import it into SDM.
Beside this I'm not aware of any ootb solution.
