  • 1.  Get APMIA error for Windows Host monitoring

    Hi Expert,

     

    I installed the APMIA host monitoring. After I start the services, the systemedge metrics did not show up in WebView.

    Here is the log of error I received:

    9/17/18 04:16:02 PM ICT [ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.SnmpCollector] Received a null response PDU for SNMP GET for OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0
    9/17/18 04:16:02 PM ICT [ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.InfrastructureAgent Agent] Failed to serialize ATC Graph string.
    9/17/18 04:16:03 PM ICT [ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.SnmpCollector] Received null OID in binding for 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0

    Does anyone been experienced such this case?

    Dear Sus:

       Did you review the link below? (you didn't say your release. Reinstall IA and Sysedge and the issue should go away.

    Hi Hal,

     

    The release is 10.7

    Yes I have reviewed that link, but i have not reinstall the IA yet. Okay, I will execute the steps.
