Highlight Specific Tickets Within Incident List Queue

Is there a way for me to have specific call tickets highlighted or flagged on the Incident List page/form? Can it be done using a stored query on the scoreboard or custom code within the list_cr form file itself?

 

This would be something similar to the VIP function but I want it to be highlighted or flagged based upon a category and not a person.

 

 

 

For example:

If call ticket category = "Delivered to Wrong Store" then highlight (color=yellow)
