  • 1.  CA Developer Portal 3.5 Upgrading Test Issue

    Hello.

     

    I am testing the patch in response to a customer's request for a portal patch. The patch did not have any problems, but there was a problem at the end of the recovery process.

    Do you wish to start the API portal services now [y/n]?

    Enter y and wait for the question, but only ... is output at the stage which is "Verifying ports opened: " and no longer in progress. I don't know what's wrong.

     

    Please help me. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I have seen this before and in my case it was space issue. It just keeps looking for open ports, can you please check Catalina and see if it complains about disk space
