Hi Amit,
Aside from the standard SMTP Mail Action for alerts I don't think is possible to do the same for Team Center data like Problems etc. There is no functionality to do it in the product.
I was thinking whether it would be feasible to use an APM API to get the problem data and then issue your own SMTP command but there is no APM API which publishes that type of Team Center data.
Sorry I can't suggest anything else myself.
Maybe another community user who has wanted to do this and then decided to go down another track can add something.
