  • 1.  HTTP Redirect from Developer Portal 3.5

    Hi Team,

     

    The client has deployed Dev Portal 3.5 and wishes to following workflow/customisation in Portal 3.5:

    1. User is logged into the portal

    2. A custom link called Subscribe (for example) will be created on the user's homepage in portal 3.5

    3. When a user clicks on the Subscribe link, the user will be redirected to the customer's external system's landing page passing the user's credentials.

    4. External system will authenticate the user and give him access to relevant APIs etc.

     

    Can this be achieved in Portal 3.5?

    I don't think  the current portal 3.5 can support external authentication server, I believe the authentication plugin only supports integrate with ldap server, so far.
