Is there a way to create a group so that it includes all the devices that are Down, Management Lost, SNMP Profiles, Discovery Profiles, any any other Device characteristics? I have over 20K devices in CAPM and managing them is quit difficult.

In Rule configuration for Group memberships, for Devices for example, these are the available data points that could be used to determine Group membership.

Here we see the basic options in the drop down.

Can also select the [show advanced] link to expose additional options.

If what you need isn't there it would be something that would fall under an customization (if possible) or an Enhancement Request.
