  • 1.  Sprectrum /NMS integration with CA SDM

    We have requirement coming in for updating spectrum/NMS alerts information by CA SDM

     

    for example, if there is an update in description field some of the update can be sent back to Spectrum /NMS system to update the information for alerts 

     

    I am not sure how much we can achive using web services /API integration here, please help.

    Ashutosh,

     

    I do not think the out of the box integration from SDM -> Spectrum via the "oc notification" allows you to update Spectrum Alarm details with an updated ticket description in SDM.  It seems to support only Close/Transfer type of status change operations in SDM.

     

    This is a good idea to be considered for voting.
