    After reviewing the official technical document of the product, I am not clear What is the scope of asset management, which makes asset management of the software license. I need to know the description of the activity, the technical description and functionality of the asset and what the license administration refers to.

    Client Automation does not manage the license in any way.  Client auto inventories if a package is installed.  That information can then be used by CA SAM sam is our software license manager.

    What document are you referring to.  Client auto does not do license administration.  It only handles the discovered portion.  It detects what is actually installed.  It has no concept of what should be installed or what is licensed.
