Automic Workload Automation

I want to have workflow A trigger off workflow B once it gets to about the fourth or fifth job in the workflow, but also have the last few jobs in workflow A not run till all of workflow B has finished. I believe that I can use an external dependency to take care of the last few jobs on workflow A waiting on workflow B to finish, I am just not sure of having a workflow triggered off with a job from another flow
