    Paramasivam.M,

Would you elaborate a bit more on what you are hoping to find?  Are you asking about Projects that users have not updated Artifacts in awhile, or are you asking about Projects that have been set to Closed?

    What is your end goal?

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

I would like get list of projects which was not used(inactive) last 5 years. Please let me know the process to get those inactive projects. We have around 400 projects. We can either close/delete, once we found the inactive projects.

Also please let me know the process to get the list of closed projects as well.

    Thanks

    Hello,

For us it is a very manual process (we are On Prem – not sure if that makes a difference).  We look at team members and see when the last time it was that they logged on (assuming they are not on more than one team). We look at the sprint schedule and see when their last active sprint was.  Then we reach out to people on the team and ask them if the team is still active.  If there is a better way, I’d be happy to hear it.

Check out what I found!  A ruby script for exactly this purpose! Not sure how it works, but you could give it a shot: GitHub - wrackzone/inactive-projects-scripts: Ruby script to identify inactive projects
