No response with community string error

    I am getting the error when I discover the radware loadbalancer in eHealth:

     

     Error: Properties

    'element name': no response from 5 of 7 elements at 'x.x.x.x' with community string 'xxxxx'

    When I manually poll the device , it is responding. Can someone please help me here to resolve it.

     

    Note: We already planned for CA PM but meanwhile we are continuing with eHealth.
