When i try to check some CPU usage on IM and then click apply it will show (Run-time error '91').As a same option try to another server it successfully applied.
What is the cdm and robot version? Looking at the probe interface, it looks an older version of cdm. Can you try updating the probe and check again.

I deployed(replace) cdm probe (6.30)on the same server and it allow us to configure setting successfully.
Problem has been solved.
