Service Virtualization

I want to create data driven service using Lisa workstation, my requirement is to that I send value in input field and get the output of the various fields from the excel corresponding to the input. Say for example if I give cardnumber in my input, I want output to give me details like customername, account balance etc. (as given in the excel). How can I create such a service in workstation?

Data-Driven Virtual Service is only supported with the DevTest Portal, not Workstation.
