  • 1.  Access Rights in CA Service Catalog

    Hi,

     

    my customer is searching for a way to limit the access rights of an end user.

     

    The user must be able to submit a new request. But after submitting, he must not be able to Copy, Edit or Cancel this request, no matter what status it has.

     

    Is there a way to limit the rights? And can this be done specific for one category? 

     

    Any ideas are very appreciated.

    Good Morning Markus.

    A partially answer is:
    In SC/Catalog/Config/Request Management Configuration (request)
    You can set 'roles' for 'Access Control:' like e.g. Cancel Request and Delete Request

    And as to your other question 'And can this be done specific for one category?'.
    As far as I know, this is something possibly for another release of the product.
    For which you might want to addn an Idea in this same Community?
