I paid my invoice but my account information in Flowdock doesn't reflect that

My credit card was declined on my invoice date, and I paid the outstanding amount manually, and received an invoice for this.  However my account status in the Flowdock app still shows the amount originally declined as outstanding.  I clicked on the support link in the invoice and was taken here.
