what is the difference between id_rsa and abc.ssh for same user?And how to generate .ssh key from id_rsa and id_rsa.pub?

I know the command to generate ssh key.. My question is different.

Need to create .ssh key to give as a input in this field.

If Im not mistaken, the id_rsa file is your private key file - which is what that field is looking for.

we tried with id_rsa .still we are facing same issues.

If you take RA out of the equation, are you able to ssh to the desired server from the agent machine where you are running that action? What kind of prompts do you receive?

Sorry, that doesn't bring raise any immediate solution issues to mind. I'd recommend consulting with your unix admins for that issue and make sure that the connection outside of RA is working successfully, then get details on the problem/solution - as it may impact the field values inside of RA. 

I just did a google search and while this solution may not apply to you it does look like they're enabling debug to get additional information which might help you understand why you're having the problem you're having.
