  • 1.  Heat-weather options missing

    I was comparing the options manager options in my production box to my new installed development box and I found that some options were missing.  Heat-weather is there but it is empty.  Is there a way to copy options into the option manager?

    Patsy, populate these options is not hard--you could simply pdm_extract from your prod and pdm_load to your new install or run pdm_options_mgr to add those--what really concern me is why you miss these options? I would assume you have xFlow installed. And you may want to figure out besides these options what other operational data are missing and review the install log files. Thanks _Chi

    Are the options present in the Options table?    If they are present, can you try a different role (System Administrator), just incase a custom web form / form group is interfering
