  • 1.  USS account email does not match email in EEM

    When I try to change my password so it matches the one in EEM, USS makes the email address all lowercase.  Is there a way to get USS to except the email exactly as I type it in?

    Patsy,

     

    Are you using native NTLM authentication for USS (not the EEM's NTLM option, but NTLM on its own) ? 

     

    USS pulls email address from EEM if USS was set to use EEM authentication and nothing else.
