Could you post a capture of the investigator with the servers and agents expanded?
or
1. Which application host are the agents installed in? (websphere, tomcat, weblogic, .NET, etc)
2. Do you see a backend, frontend, servlet, JSP?
3. If there are frontends, expand the frontend till you see the five base KPI (average response time, responses per interval, errors, stalls, concurrent).
Example - WebSphere
Make calls to the application on the server, enough so that the agent within the application hosting software can be detected. If the application agent is installed and configured, you should see "Frontends"
