  • 1.  CA PAM integration with Remedy

    Hello All,

    We are planning to integrate CA PAM 3.1 version with Remedy 8.1. But the Remedy is going to get upgraded soon to the 9.1 version in near future. My query is that whether the Remedy 9.1 version would be compatible with the CAPAM 3.1 version?  And we won't be facing any issues and challenges after Remedy upgrade?

    BMC Remedy 9.1 is supported in version 3.2 and greater of CA PAM. Our advise would be for you to migrate to version 3.2.2 which contains as well a lot of fixes. If this is not feasible in your case and you still need support for Remedy 9.1 in CA PAM 3.1, please open an idea so that this may be considered by Product Management if this is a concern for a number of environments that may justify including it in a version prior to 3.2.
