Answer: This might be related to an integration problem between Catalog and SDM. I would recommend you reproduce the issue and check the view.log from Catalog server to determine the cause
Icons inside “Request for Service” does not appear properly and if it is appear then some users are not able to click on that

Some users are not able to see the Announcements
Answer: This might be related to the email set for the same user in SDM and USS. See:
