    How can I configure controller on a robot that is in a different network than my primary hub so that it appears in IM?
    Primary HUB local ip: 10.50.4.131
    Primary HUB NAT ip that the robot can reach: 10.47.38.22
    Robot local ip: 132.1.82.12
    Robot NAT ip that the Primary HUB can reach: 10.47.36.12

    Thanks.

    Best regards

    Daniel.

    Hi Gene

    The controller is configured the next way on the robot:

    With <robotip> not specified so that it is taken by default

    The hubip its the NAT one since the Local ip from the primary hub is not reached by ping from the robot

    but i cant still see the robot on IM

     hubip = 10.47.38.22

     robotip_alias = 10.47.36.12

    Have you verified that the ports are reachable - be default, if you set the base port to 48000, you'll need the TCP range 48000-48030 open bidirectionally. You might also need ports 80, 8080,8008,443, etc. depending on other needs.

    And on your hub you may need to set up an entry in the hub list.

    There are some diagrams in the hub documentation that go over this sort of setup too.
