Good afternoon I would like to know if in SDM in version R14.1 we can automatically capture user information such as: PC MacAddress

IP / Pc Name

I think you talked about cmdb/CIs and their classes/extensions. You would need to import(like GRLoader) into mdb and I don't think there is some automatic capture of the user side machine info into mdb.

Or you talked about pdm_webstat -D where you can see the user machine's ip address?

I mean that if, when the user with the Employee Role creates a ticket, the tool automatically takes the IP or name of the machine where it is logged to show it in a mandatory field of the case

Out of box there is not known way to do this and I think you would need to customize like using js script.
