  • 1.  Scheduled Unified Report are not coming in email

    HI Team,

     

     We have configured some UR reports but unable to get the same in emails.

     

    Let me know how to troubleshoot this issue.

     

    What kind of logs need to check and where can i get those logs (Path of logs)  

     

    Where can i see the Mail server configuration for the same.

    Where did you exactly scheduled the reports? Can you check report scheduler portlet if report schedules are visible or not. you have the smtp mail server setting option available on right side with a mail icon. 

     

    you can also check for email settings under 

    Configure Mail Server Settings:

    Can’t see any smtp mail server setting option
