    Hi,

     

    We want to know whether we can change the url in Custom_5/LaunchInContext field which stores a direct link to the ticket. If yes what is the step to do the same.

     

    Reason: 

    We want to update the url of Remedy Smart-IT and not Remedy Mid Tier url.

    Assuming you are referring to the sdgtw probe, the URL that is inserted into the Custom_5/LaunchInContext  alarm field to access the ticket created in the configured BCM Remedy service desk application is not configurable.

     

    If you want the probe to use a different URL, then that would be considered an enahancement request.
