We have the following queries :
Does CAM PAM support all the tickets present in Remedy?
Incidents - INC
Changes - CRQ
Releases - RLM
How does CA PAM Validate the tickets with Remedy? i.e. Does it check for the change window? Does it check for the Change status and What for Incident?
How does CA PAM connect with Remedy? Is it Remedy Java API?
Or does it connect with web services?
