    Hi,

     

    When i try to archive completed instances, am getting below error. i dont have service catalogue in place, where am running some workflows developed in ITPAM. Is there any way to archive via backend database. Please suggest good method to archive this.

    I would suggest you open a case on this so the support team can assist as this will likely require direct manipulation within the database.
