Microsoft supports the NPS for azure cloud MFA for third party, so my question - how NPS will be implemented between Azure MFA and CA SSO if any documentation is available please share the link.

The Multi-Factor Authentication module for CA SSO is supplied by the Global Delivery team. You can reach out to your CA Account Manager to have them get the ball rolling for you to try it out.
