  • 1.  SPEC 10.2.3 - Alarm Filter & Icon-Color in Topology

    Hi all,

     

    for our customer we created a alarm-filter to only Show critical Alarms in alarm-browser.

    This works well.

     

    But....

    unfortunately ICONs in Topology and Explorer change color not only to red but also to orange/yellow if an Major/minor Alarm (the customer is unable to see because of the Alarm filter) for a device occours.

     

    This confuses the customer (Question: why is the Icon orange/yellow with no Alarm visible?)

     

    Is that behaviour as expected, or can this be manipulated  to only show Icons/devices in red (critical)?

      This is functioning as designed and I don't see any way to change it.
