    Hi Everyone,

I am currently on 15.5 version of CA PPM. I have designed a workflow that goes to the multiple level of approvals. Is there any way I can send the reminder in the process in case if there is one group has not approved ?

Can you not set an escalation rule that will send notification if a step sits for a certain length of time?

    Liz,

Escalation will go to the next level and it will not send a reminder

You could use "Days elapsed since step began" as a Post-Conditions check.

The user should have their Action Items on their Home Page which will show their Action Items, and will already have visability of their outstanding Action Items.  If individuals are failing in their duties, then perhaps a quiet word is required.

    Hi Roland,

I have no idea how to use "Days Elapsed since Step Began" in the Post - Conditions. If you can give me some lights on it, it will be helpful
