we have created a rule in data partition to restricted users to raise P1 ticket.

This rule is working whenever user tried to raise P1 ticket through Service Desk console,
but the same user tried to raise P1 ticket through mail-eater it allow to raise incident.

 

Any one cross this scenario, how to block user to raise P1 ticket through mail eater.
