  • 1.  IE Browser popup message "Unable to communicate to the PPM server"

    CA PPM SaaS Version : 15.3

    Browser: IE

     

    The customer has a single browser (IE) policy and getting the below pop up message very frequently. 

    No matter how many times you click ‘close’ it never does – X out works but you have to close the browser session to get rid of it…

     

     

    Any help/pointer is greatly appreciated

    HI Venkitta,

     

    This happens when there is a session disconnect, we have in SAAS few issues with portal and we are working to get that fixed.

    Hi Venkitta,

     

    Could be an intermittent network interruption, try navigating to different page and come back, may work fine after.
