    Hi All,

We are getting below error while trying to save the timesheet.

TMA-601 - Timesheet could not be saved because your session expired. Please re-enter timesheet data.

This is happening only in Timesheet page. Please suggest what settings I need to check below is the configuration of our application

    CA PPM version - 14.4 Patch 09

F5 Load Balancer using Persistence as Cookie

    SSO - Webseal server

    Thanks

Giri, Is this something started new, the error seems that PPM is loosing out a session, may be a fiddler or network trace can reveal. Nothing configuration at PPM as far as I am aware.

    Thanks Suman,

We worked with Load Balance team and requested to set the TCP Profile settings as mentioned below in KB Article

    https://comm.support.ca.com/kb/f5-load-balancer-recommendations-for-use-with-clarity/kb000049575

As you mentioned we will try to get additional information using trace

    Regards
