Hi.

I'm going to develop a Workload Management portal that integrate the server in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) over HTTP or HTTPS with the CA WA Web Services.

So I want to link portal ID with WADE id management (one time user creation, password modification via Portal that is made by me), but I can not find any web service function in WA DE reference guide (CA Web Services).

Is there a web service function that can generate DE IDs and change passwords?
If not, please suggest which method to use.

Hi,

The CA WA DE ID and password management can only be done from Desktop Client.  As of now there is no method or external API to facilitate this function.  Please refer to this link for list of services available via Webservice.
