Tech Tip : CA Single Sign-On : Browser reports Waiting for the application server to start when accessing AdminUI

Issue:

 

I'm trying to access the AdminUI by running the Internet Explorer
browser and this browser reports the following message :

 

"Waiting for the application server to start
Please wait..."

 

and as such I cannot access the AdminUI. How can I solve this ?

 

Environment:

 

AdminUI 12.8 on Windows

 

Resolution:

 

Previously to run the browser, you need to start the AdminUI from the
services.msc pane on the Windows OS. This will solve the issue.
