  • 1.  CA SDM 17 and ITCA 14 Integration

    Currently, I am working with the integration of CA SDM 17 and ITCM 14.
    I does the steps that the manual shows me. and almost everything is fine, except the creation of tickets in automatic when a policy is vilola.

    check the CA SDM log and show me the following error:

    10/11 11:20:05.64 CASDMDAYSET spelsrvr 2564 ERROR api.spl 6457 AHD05520:Creation of new Asset aborted as Asset (CASC17) already exists. Continuing to click the 'Save' button will update the existing Asset.

    Note: when I right click on an asset from ITCM, the option to Create a ticket is executed correctly.

    I configured the policy in CA ITCM

     

    any idea, how to solve the ticket creation in automatic?

    What specific SDM version of 17.x do you have installed and do you have any patches applied?

    The integration relies on Web Services to work properly.  Can you confirm if Web Services is working correctly?
