Currently, I am working with the integration of CA SDM 17 and ITCM 14.
I does the steps that the manual shows me. and almost everything is fine, except the creation of tickets in automatic when a policy is vilola.
check the CA SDM log and show me the following error:

Note: when I right click on an asset from ITCM, the option to Create a ticket is executed correctly.
I configured the policy in CA ITCM
any idea, how to solve the ticket creation in automatic?
