  • 1.  Promotion Management on CABI 4.1 SP5

    Has anyone experienced this error below when you try to use Promotion Management in Central Management Console?

     

    This is a new install of CABI on Windows Server 2012R2. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request.
    The error from the server is: A general exception occurred in Promotion management. Please refer to the stack trace for more information.(PRS 00022)com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKServerException: Could not open the file C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CommonReporting4\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\FileStore\Input\a_180\015\000\4020\lcm.admin.config-guid[129e478c-17dd-44a2-94a4-93a621e7fdd12].properties.

    Does the file C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CommonReporting4\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\FileStore\Input\a_180\015\000\4020\lcm.admin.config-guid[129e478c-17dd-44a2-94a4-93a621e7fdd12].properties actual exist on the CABI server?

    If not, you can try manually creating this file and then restart the Adaptive Processing Server via the CMC.

    Have you been able to test the steps provided in the last update?
