  • 1.  Scheduling Jaspersoft reports - output file

    Does anybody know if you can schedule a Jaspersoft report to output to a network drive location?  We are currently on 15.3.  A user would like a report to be scheduled and sent to a network directory in xlsx.

    Hi Michelle,

     

    According to Jasper Server Admin Guide this feature can be enabled by setting "enableSaveToHostFS" property in applicationContext.xml to true. 

     

     

     

    Note :- Please make sure you take a backup of  applicationContext.xml  prior to making the change, and this isn't tested and supported with Jasper Server software bundled with CA PPM. SaaS doesn't support this functionality as well.
