  • 1.  Web dashboard not showing - An unexpected system error occurred.

    Hello,

    I''m getting the follwoig error and the dashboard is not working, i tried to restart wasp and dshboard service but no luck.

    An unexpected system error occurred. 
    (7) temporarily out of resources, Received status (7) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'nametoip'


    Any ideas?

    that is really not much to go on.Usually there is a lot more in the wasp and or portal log.

    I would suggest to restart the robot service on the primary and when it is back up restart the robot service on the ump.

    I restarted the Primary HUB and UMP;. 

    After that on UMP wasp log i'm getting:

    Please open a support case and attach the following to the case from the ump machine

    robot.cfg

    controller.log

    _controller.log

    wasp.cfg

    wasp.log

    _wasp.log

    screenshot of problem or error.

    Is your UIM database and its connecting port accessible from your UMP server ?

    Thanks a lot for response. May I ask you do this ?

     

    1. Stop wasp probe of UMP server.
    2. Go to wasp folder.
    3. Move all folders (folders only. Do not touch .war files) from webapps folder.
    4. Move wasp-engine folder from work folder.
    5. Start wasp probe of UMP server.
