DX Application Performance Management

Hello All,

We're getting "provider for class javax.xml.parsers.documentbuilderfactory cannot be created" error while preview the report template, because of this we are unable to generate any reports. could anyone please help us to fix this issue.

  Looking at past cases for APM and other CA products, this error may be due to corrupted, missing, or wrong version jar files.  So a reinstall, file replacement may be needed depending on other issues in this environment. Failing this and no other responses to this thread, please open a case
