We would like to create a report, or use a standard/canned report that would only detail User Stories that were Released in Production.  Can anyone suggest what type of reports one can use or what attributes one should select to create such as a report.  Your help is very much appreciated.

Hey Jeffrey, how about a Custom List or Work View filtered by Schedule State of Released/Accepted?  You can also filter for Iteration or Release if you want to limit the timeframe.  Will that give you what you're looking for?   You can also export the results into a CSV.

Thank you for the insight.  This good starting point; however, I would need this for specific timeframe. For example, if there are multiple releases for a particular timeframe, we would like to capture all the User Stories that were released to production.  Would the first part of your answer help with this or will be a combination first and second part of the answer. Again, your help is very much appreciated.

Jeffrey, yes, if you use Advanced Filters on the custom list for example you can create multiple criteria, Release = 2018 Q1, Release = 2018 Q2, etc and set the 'Match Filters' to "Any" this acts as an 'Or' match.  If you have a more complex condition, you may wish to use 'Custom' where you can use complex filters such as:  (1 AND 2) OR 3

I would recommend that you use milestones (3rd type of time box) and set-up the dates per your production GO LIVE dates. Once those are set-up then associate your stories against those milestones and then you may report it using those dates which all User Stories were deployed/release in PROD.
