    May we know the fix for the error we encountered just now?

     

    Channel disconnected before an acknowledgement was received

    This is for CA UIM.

    at the ump robot deactivate wasp
    at the ump robot rename these folders:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\work
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\ROOT

    C:\Windows\Temp\liferay 

    activate wasp at the ump robot

    This seems to still be a problem in 20.1 after trying the above suggestions. Has there been any update on this issue?

    This does not look like an application issue.

    this looks like a network or environmental issue.

    I can find only two cases reporting this error and both seem to be have been environmental.
    We would need a lot more detailed information to help further than just the little error in the title.
