  • 1.  Not able to get the services lists in reports metrics

    Hi Team, 

     

    Not able to get the Virtual Service Environment List & Virtual Service List to select and view the execution report. We could see registry and deployed services are up and running in VSE. But, details are not getting reflected in portal under report metrics. 

     

    We noticed that after restarting the DevTest Components Services, required details are visible but, getting disabled after some duration of running time. Could you please assists on any other solutions instead of rebooting services whenever this issue occurs

     

    DevTest Version :  10.3

    If after you reboot those metrics re-appear?

    Hi Marcy, 

     

    Yes. After rebooting Virtual Service Environment List & Virtual Service List is visible to select and able to view the execution report.

    Dhanasekar, are you seeing any errors in the portal logs and registry.log ?
