Integrating CA PPM and Azure Single Sign-On

    The company is evaluating this integration, and is not sure about where to start, which network/security requirements to fulfill or other considerations to take in order to avoid excesive iterations during the implementation of the integration.

     

    CA PPM and Azure are administrated externally, so they will need to prepare clear documents to both parties.

    Any advice will be appreciated.

    Are you an On Demand or On Premise customer?

    On Demand.

    Azure is definitely one of the Federated SSO providers that On Demand can integrate with.  If you open a ticket for On Demand and let them know that you are interested in doing this, they will send you information on the process for enabling this.  In addition, it will explain the information you need to gather to make this work.

     

    Federated SSO is not supported for On Premise customers.
