I have a question regarding, I have to provide an access to all the users to see ONLY "Process workflow Diagram". Is there any specific access that I need to provide.
I do not think there is any such right related to process that will only enable the users to see the Process Workflow Diagram.
Have you tried giving the "Process - View Definition - All" right?
