    Hello all,

    >>>>

We would like to display following values in a Cost plan:

    1a. Planned Committed (Forecast)

    1b. Planned Accumulated (Committed)

    2a. Actual - Accrued

    2b. Actual

2c. Actual Accumulated (Total spend to date)

Is there any way to modify the Cost plan to include these values?

Currently, ootb, we get Planned, Actuals and the Variance.

    >>>>

What reports available OOTB using Jaspersoft that displays the Financial Cost plan and Budget Plan data>?

    Please advise.

    Thank you.

    Hi Mayank,

Could you please clarify where you would like to see those attributes? In the Cost Plan properties page or the Cost Plan Details page? I did not find those attributes to be added in the Properties page, by the way. So may be you can share a screenshot to show where (I want to see the page/view basically) you want to add those attributes. That would help us to understand more.

    Thanks,

On the Cost Plan details page, we see only Planned, Actual Variance.

We require, Planned (Commited and Accumulated) and Actual (Accrued and actual spent) to be recorded separately as per the screen shot given below.

    Thanks and regards,

    MJ

May I know which Report/View displays the Cost Plan details?

    Hi Mayank,

You can check the Cost Plan Detail view under the Cost Plan Detail object. The category of the view would be "List column". Ideally, it should be the 4th row in the Views tab of the object. However, as shown in the second screenshot, if you want to display the attributes as Time Scale Values, then you have make sure that those are existing as slices, like allocation and actuals. Hope that helps.

    Thanks,
