  • 1.  Email with variable from alarm enrichment not working

    Hi all.

     

    I am trying send an alarm custom with variable $custom_1. This variable I am getting through alarm enrichment.

     

     

     

    I configured the custom email in emailgtw probe

     

     

    The email arrived but without the info from $custom_1

    Now, with this type name yes ---->

     

     

     

    The unique diffrence is that the name of one is GOBERNACION_NTE_SANTANDER.xxxx.edu.xx and the other one is ESINF

     

    What am I doing wrong?

    Please open a support case for this.

    there will need to be a review of the .cfg and log files for this issue.

    My friend Gene. I opened the ticket (01217460) a long time ago (exactly 10/16/2018 ) but not response yet. 

    I will change the severity.
