    Hi Team,

    Is it possible to restrict removal of parent/child tickets once its attached to any ticket type.

     

    Please suggest.

    Hi,

    not directly but following some articles in the communities you must be able to:

    1/ add anew table for the data partition

    2/ create a delete constraint on this newly created data partition.
