How do you change the date format across CA PPM to a UK (DD/MM/YYYY) format?

Date formats are user-specifc ; based on the locale set for the user.

A user can change their personal locale in their Home -> Personal -> Account Settings or you can change them per-user in the administration/resources screen.

I'm not aware of a way (apart from XOG or a direct db update) to mass change everyone's locale across the system.

cheers - I did try that but must have missed a save! Tried again and now adjusted.
